Stunningly simple: saves time, reduces staffing costs, saves materials and valuable resources

Schritt 1: The ram head is driven into the ground
Schritt 2: The ram head is removed
Schritt 3: Pouring in lean concrete
Schritt 4: The concrete is compacted
Schritt 5: Inserting the pile reinforcement

Step 1

After minimal preparation of the subsoil the ram head is driven into the ground to the correct depth using a hydraulic hammer. As a result the soil will become up to three times more compact.

Step 2

The ram head is removed with the aid of the hydraulic extraction device. A stable hole is left behind...

Step 3

... into which lean concrete is subsequently poured. For water-bearing ground special concrete must be used. Before the concrete has set, the ram head is forced down to the required depth.

Step 4

The concrete is compacted along the side of the ram head and partially driven into the soil.

Step 5

The ram head can then be immediately pulled out of the foundation hole. After the concrete has set, pile reinforcement is inserted into the hole. The remaining empty space can be filled with concrete, sand or gravel.
